About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales and Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to help drive growth and support the wider commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and sectors.
* Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
* Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
* Support the creation of compelling sales proposals and presentations.
* Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Manage and update the CRM system with accurate sales activity and client information.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Provide regular reports on pipeline development, activity, and performance metrics.
* Attend networking events and events to promote our services and products.
Requirements
* Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
* Full Driving License to enable travel to client meetings and events
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
* Organised with good attention to detail and time management.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a sales, business development / customer-facing, or commercial role is advantageous.
* Must be highly competent with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
* Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
