Drive profitable regional growth by leading high‑performing sales teams, unlocking new service, rental and leasing opportunities, and using strong commercial insight, product knowledge and Salesforce‑driven forecasting to maximise asset utilisation and deliver outstanding customer value.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own profitable growth of all non‑strategic customers, products and services within the region
* Lead and performance‑manage Area Sales Managers, setting targets and reviewing results
* Drive new service, rental and leasing opportunities while maximising utilisation of the existing portfolio
* Manage regional pipeline, forecasting, pricing and reporting through Salesforce, updating the Commercial Director
* Work cross‑functionally with operations and marketing to deliver customer satisfaction and value‑added growth
* Ensure accurate pipeline and conversion data to support forecasting, asset repositioning, and investment decisions
* Maintain strong product knowledge to support effective asset selection and commercial outcomes
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in a commercial, sales or service‑led role within a competitive environment
* Track record of driving profitable growth, including new business development and account expansion
* Experience managing a regional territory or customer portfolio, with accountability for revenue and margin
* Ability to lead, coach and performance‑manage sales teams against targets
* Commercial understanding of assets, leasing, rental or financial products
* Confidence managing pricing, negotiations and margin protection
