An 11–18 secondary school serving the Walker and Riverside community is seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join its pastoral team immediately.
This is a school with clear routines, consistent behaviour systems and visible senior leadership. The focus is on early intervention, reintegration support and maintaining high expectations for all pupils.

£95 – £115 per day (PAYE) | Full-Time | Immediate Start
The Role
You will:
* Provide targeted support to pupils at risk of exclusion
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to address behaviour and engagement
* Support reintegration into mainstream lessons
* Implement behaviour plans and monitor progress
* Liaise with Heads of Year, SENCO and safeguarding leads
* De-escalate situations calmly and professionally
You will act as a consistent adult presence, promoting accountability and positive routines.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
