Salary: £45,000 (depending on experience) PLUS a 5k welcome bonus!
Working hours: Full Time or Part Time
Experience level: You must be a GOC registered Optometrist

Our CLOs are an integral part of our store management team, so we’re keen to get you up to speed outside the test room too. With ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway), all available for development. Your clinical expertise will also position you well if you aspire to become a store director in the future.
What we’re looking for
Alongside being a qualified and GOC-registered CLO, we seek someone who shares our store’s ethos. Someone eager to grow, develop, and offer exceptional customer care. We value practitioners who pride themselves on clinical judgment, are hands-on, and enjoy building rapport with the team. We’re looking for a skilled resident CLO to join us, contribute to the team, and help drive our practice forward.

Aylesbury is easily accessible by car from nearby towns and cities including Oxford, Bicester, Buckingham, and High Wycombe, with easy access from the M4, M25, and M40.
