Job Description
* Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
* Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely manner.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Accounting & Finance team.
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
* Support the team with any ad hoc accounting tasks as required.
* Support with Payroll.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
* Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices within the industry.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
