Job Summary
Trustwell Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated entry-level or junior candidate to support our portfolio of related companies in corporate secretarial and professional services functions. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily administrative and office support tasks to maintain smooth business operations
* Organize and maintain accurate filing systems to enable quick and easy document retrieval
* Perform bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks to support accurate financial record-keeping
* Process, verify, and input vendor invoices and billing data accurately and within deadlines
* Complete accounting tasks on time to ensure financial records remain accurate and up to date
* Assist with corporate secretarial duties to support company compliance and governance requirements
* Collaborate with team members to complete ad-hoc assignments and support team goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Use Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, to complete office tasks efficiently
* Communicate clearly and resolve problems effectively to support team collaboration
* Apply bilingual skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with associates, supporting communication needs in both languages for effective teamwork
* Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop professionally within a corporate services environment
