About the Role
We’re looking for experienced clinicians to join our team of ADHD assessors, supporting adult services. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, NICE-compliant ADHD assessments, helping individuals and families gain a clearer understanding of their needs and access the right support.
Responsibilities
 * Deliver comprehensive, NICE-compliant ADHD assessments for adults aged 18+
 * Communicate effectively with neurodiverse individuals, families, and colleagues
 * Produce clear, detailed clinical reports within agreed timelines
Qualifications
 * Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
 * Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
Required Skills
 * Proven experience conducting ADHD assessments in line with NICE guidance
 * Skilled in tools such as DIVA-5, CAARS, QBTest, and applying DSM-5 criteria
 * Comfortable engaging with adult clients and managing assessments independently
 * Willingness to offer face‑to‑face appointments in Canterbury (some remote work possible)
 * Up‑to‑date NMC registration, supervision, appraisal, revalidation, and indemnity insurance
Pay range and compensation package
£200 per assessment | Outside IR35 | Paid via LTD Up to 3 assessments per day (maximum 21 per week)
