Pay Rates:
1. Day Shift: £12.82 per hour
2. Evening Shift: £13.91 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
We are currently recruiting General Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team in Antrim. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term employment with a well-established company producing high-quality uPVC windows and doors using both recycled and new materials.
You will play an important role in the production process, contributing to a team focused on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
3. Arrive on time and maintain excellent attendance
4. Follow all production procedures and Standard Operating Processes accurately
5. Identify and report faults or issues with products or machinery
6. Work efficiently once training has been completed
7. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
8. Communicate effectively with team leaders and colleagues
9. Continuously improve performance and skills
10. Represent the business in a professional manner
11. Follow all Health and Safety regulations, including proper use of PPE
12. Carry out any other reasonable duties as required
Requirements
13. Previous manual handling experience is essential
