We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and people‑focused Business Support Co‑ordinator to join our Commercial team and play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing function.

What You’ll Be Doing
Office & Administrative Support
* Managing day-to-day office needs, from stationery to expenses
* Providing ad‑hoc support to senior management
Showroom & Visitor Experience
* Keeping our Sleepeezee showroom immaculate and visitor‑ready
* Organising customer hospitality, from refreshments to lunches
* Booking travel, accommodation and logistics for commercial team visits
Marketing & Brand Support
* Supporting the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
* Managing point-of-sale materials, ordering, stock control and budget tracking
* Handling imagery and asset requests
* Copywriting and proofreading marketing materials
* Liaising with external agencies on content and production
* Supporting with event and exhibition organisation, including onsite attendance
* Assisting the Head of Retail Sales and Area Sales Managers with key admin and reporting
* Supporting the National Account Manager with product setup forms
* Helping ensure our retail partners have accurate, up-to-date Sleepeezee representation
* Managing D2C carriers and online portals
* Conducting market research and gap analysis

* Willingness to adjust working hours occasionally for events or visits
* Experience with data entry or reporting
