Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site role for a Ward Lead based in Rotherham. The Ward Lead will oversee and manage daily ward operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff coordination. Responsibilities include supervising the clinical team, managing resources, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and offering guidance to ensure the smooth functioning of the ward.
