Job Summary
The Site IT Manager will be the main point of contact for site leadership teams, responsible for maintaining and representing IT at our operational sites.
The primary goal is to identify and quantify local site IT demands, assess against Global Standards, in-flight projects via the IT Operating model and where appropriate are empowered to drive the change.
Act as an account manager for IT, ensuring that Central IT Functions deliver IT services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
The site IT Manager will also provide local IT employees the necessary support recognising that we are operating in a geographically diverse organisation.
Job Responsibilities
1. Drives Global IT standards and adherence to policies and procedures (DonÂt Walk By IT).
2. Supports Global / Regional IT operations.
3. Supports Annual IT Budget process and the day to day management of site IT costs.
4. Oversees Management of IT services within a site or site cluster.
5. Ensuring the IT function is efficient and customer service oriented.
6. Ensures compliance with IT security requirements within the sites of responsibility.
7. Support IT employees based on site with Pastoral care (Facilities, Health Safety and Wellbeing etc.)
8. Ensure all IT staff based at responsible sites fully comply with local site rules and regulations i.e. EHS, Security etc.
9. Operate as an advocate and champion for employee engagement within the IT function.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned by Management.
11. Act as the IT Point of Contact for site visits from Regulatory/Audit bodies.
