About the role
We are looking for a Shift Manager to work across our Restaurants & Quick Service Restaurant department at Bognor Regis.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by supervising tasks and objectives carried out by the team. The role involves managing fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high operational standards and guest experience. You will support and coach the team to deliver a great experience and drive key targets such as add-on sales or promotions.
This is an operational guest-facing role. Non-guest-facing tasks will be allocated within your working hours to maximize your presence in the venue with guests.
This role involves a 40-hour, 5-day workweek over 7 days, with shift patterns between 6am - 3am, requiring flexibility. No day will be the same; you should enjoy thinking on your feet, engaging actively, and prioritizing guest experience.
About You
We seek an experienced leader from a volume-led or branded fast-food environment or similar, capable of supporting the team to deliver excellent service. You should have experience in training and coaching in a lively environment to ensure an excellent guest experience.
You should have prior experience leading in a fast-paced restaurant or fast-food setting where speed and quality are critical. Confidence in directing and responding to various situations while maintaining brand standards is essential.
The ability to motivate and engage your team, especially during peak times, and to manage multiple priorities flexibly is important. Strong leadership skills to inspire your team to achieve outstanding results daily are required.
