Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales & Service Engineer to join our team. This hybrid Midlands-based role combines hands-on technical service, customer training, and solution-driven sales support across the UK.
The successful candidate will work directly with customers to install, maintain, and optimise manual powder coating systems — with full product and technical training provided locally.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver on-site technical service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for manual powder coating systems.
2. Provide technical advice and support during system installations and upgrades.
3. Act as a customer-facing engineer — identifying client needs and recommending tailored solutions.
4. Conduct user training sessions and demonstrations for customers and operators.
5. Prepare service reports, maintenance documentation, and customer visit summaries using Excel and Word.
6. Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
7. Travel throughout the UK (mainly Midlands and surrounding regions), with occasional overnight stays.
Requirements
* Background in powder coating, industrial painting, or surface finishing preferred.
* Electrical or mechanical knowledge advantageous but not essential.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Competent in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.
* Willingness to travel across the UK with some overnight stays.
* Full UK driving licence required.
* Positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn — full technical and product training provided.

Pay: £12.50-£19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
