Responsibilities What you’ll be doing As a Governance Reporting Specialist, you’ll step into a role where no two days are alike. You’ll take ownership of our attestation and reporting calendar, ensuring it runs smoothly and stays up to date. You’ll maintain an accurate, evolving risk profile that reflects the challenges and priorities across the function. Alongside supporting the wider team with control testing and reporting, you’ll play a key role in preparing high‑quality reporting materials for the Head of Banking & Savings Operations. Collaboration will be central to your work: you’ll partner with stakeholders across Banking & Savings Operations to confirm that controls are effective, issues are well‑managed, and governance standards are consistently met. You’ll lead the cadence and production of governance packs for the team, working closely with the Leadership team to shape and refine their content. You’ll also support with change activities and work with colleagues driving continuous improvement initiatives—helping ensure every change is delivered safely, compliantly, and with the customer in mind.
