We are growing and are adding an Early Years Recruitment Consultant to our Cardiff Primary Team. Early Years is the most critical stage of development and the educators who support it play a vital role in shaping lives. As a consultant in this sector, you\'ll help nurseries and early years settings find the right talent to make a lasting impact.
What You'll Need
* Full UK Driving License; we visit our client schools once a week (we pay mileage)
* Customer-facing, sales or education experience is helpful (but not essential)
* A real passion for education and helping others succeed
* Agile — you can manage multiple priorities and juggle tasks efficiently whilst delivering outstanding service
Sales Focused — your experience in recruitment, direct sales or customer service and you excel in performance-driven environments to meet and exceed targets.
What You'll Earn
* Starting OTE: £35,500 in your first year (base salary + uncapped commission)
* Top performers can earn £50,000-£75,000+ within 2-3 years

* Manage your own SEN schools across South Wales
* Make regular sales calls to warm and cold clients
