Drive / Warehouse Support
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £26,349.18
Reports to: Branch Manager
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 4pm with 30 minutes for lunch
We're on the lookout for a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a 3.5T Delivery Driver & support the Warehouse Team when you're back in the branch. This role is a blend of driving and hands-on warehouse duties, perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.
Key responsibilities:
* Multi-Drop Deliveries:
Execute up to 9 deliveries per day using a 3.5-tonne vehicle across Oxford, Reading, London, and Milton Keynes.
* Vehicle Management:
Ensure timely loading and unloading of the van, maintaining cleanliness and performing routine checks.
* Delivery System Usage:
UtiliSe a mobile phone-based delivery system to manage routes and customer interactions.
* Warehouse Support:
Assist in warehouse operations, including picking, packing.
Requirements:
* Driving Experience:
Proven experience driving large vans, especially within London.
* Physical Fitness:
Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle physically demanding tasks.
* Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using mobile devices for delivery management.
* Team Player:
Willingness to support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members.
