Stryker Emergency Care is a global leader in life-saving emergency response solutions, delivering advanced equipment that supports first responders and healthcare professionals in critical situations. You will work closely with external and internal partners to deliver evidence-based solutions, education and training that truly make a difference. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical engagement, education and commercial development in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will partner closely with the Stryker Emergency Care team, providing exceptional service and support to existing customers while developing the skills required to manage and grow a sales territory effectively. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across ambulance build projects and customer deliveries.
You will:
1. Support territory growth in line with regional sales objectives
2. Manage key ambulance builder relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact to ensure strong collaboration and alignment
3. Coordinate and align scheduled deliveries, ensuring accurate planning and smooth execution of orders
4. Work closely with key internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Warehousing, ProCare Engineers and Finance to ensure seamless order processing, delivery and installation
5. Deliver product training sessions and workshops to nurses, ward staff and ambulance personnel
6. Conduct product trials and evaluations within clinical environments
7. Identify customer needs and collaborate with sales colleagues to introduce additional Stryker solutions
8. Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to business planning (daily, weekly and monthly objectives)
9. Act at all times with integrity, professionalism and respect, representing Stryker to the highest standard
What You Will Need
10. A medical, life sciences or business-based education, or equivalent work experience
11. Excellent planning and organisational skills
12. Some previous sales or clinical experience is beneficial, but not essential
13. A driven, proactive mindset with strong people skills
14. Confidence presenting to groups
15. Exceptional IT skills, including Microsoft Office
16. A track record of high achievement and a desire to learn and grow
17. The ability to engage, influence, motivate and build relationships
18. A strong work ethic and a passion for making an impact
19. Full driving licence
