Job Overview: Seeking an on-site IT support resource to assist with laptop deployments. The role involves configuring devices, updating asset records, and supporting users during setup.
1. Location: Belfast
2. Contract: 2nd March’26 – 31st March’26
3. Pay Rates:
4. Umbrella Rate: £ (via a Hays approved umbrellapany).
5. PAYE Basic Rate: £
6. Working days: Monday – Thursday.
7. Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
8. Installation Technicians provide desktop hardware installation services where basic technical skills are required for a service delivery solution.
9. Installation Technicians will typically unbox and install the kit to the desk, connect peripherals, connect cables (eg. power and network) and perform any relevant power self-tests.
10. Basic steps to start automated builds and simple scripted post-login configuration may also be required.
11. Technicians may be asked to work variable shift patterns as business requires.
12. This is a long-term role, 4 days per week.
