As a Warehouse Production Operative at Brett Martin Ltd, you will work: 12-hour continental shifts including weekends Average 40.25 hours per week. 7 shifts in every 14-day period. About The Role Core Duties Inspect and package finished products to required quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe work area. Handle non-conforming products in line with procedures. Learn new processes and support training activities. Forklift Operation Operate a forklift safely and efficiently as required. Move raw materials, finished goods, and waste to designated areas. Carry out daily forklift safety checks and follow site traffic rules. Support production flow by ensuring materials are delivered to the line on time. Health & Safety Work safely and follow all Health & Safety regulations. Report hazards promptly. Dispose of waste correctly and prevent environmental issues. Maintain high housekeeping standards. Communication & Conduct Maintain clear communication with the Team Leader. Treat colleagues fairly and respectfully. Follow the Equal Opportunities Policy. Carry out any reasonable additional duties.
