On an exclusive basis Greenwell Gleeson is seeking a Part-Time / Fractional Finance Director to support a niche construction enterprise. The enterprise has been trading for many years but growth has stalled in the last 3/4 years and a new MD has been brought just over 12 months ago with he mandate to drive profitable sustained growth.
After taking time to assess the enterprise & it strengths & challenges the MD has highlighted a need for a Part-time Finance exec to support a review and transformation of the finance function
Success has been defined to include the following:
* Review the current state of the finance function. This is to include the aptitudes of the current staff, existing processes & controls & the timeliness, quality & relevance of its outputs.
* Amend where required processes & controls.
* Review existing CRM/Accounting software with the expectation that a new CRM system will be required. If agreed the interim will also support the enterprise implement a new system.
* Work the MD to agree the dashboard & reports required going forward. Automate processes to ensure their timely provision.
At present it is envisaged all of the above can be achieved on the basis of 2 day a week for a period of 3 months.
