Learning and Development Administrator - Lisburn, Education & Training
We are a leading organization based in Hillsborough, seeking a Learning and Development Administrator to join our team. This is a Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract for 6 months.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm; Friday, 8.30am - 3.45pm. Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days WFH) after training period. Salary: £25,000 per annum.
Job Role
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will provide administrative support, including data management, training support, and recruitment.
Essential Criteria
* Proven administrative experience in a busy, pressurized environment
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize workload under deadlines
* Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Maintain data management systems by updating training and system information
* Organize training events and manage logistics
* Assist with attendance records and billing activities
* Handle travel arrangements for trainers
* Ensure resources are prepared for training sessions
* Collect and analyze training feedback
* Support administration related to the company's Further Education policy and grant recovery
* Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and post
* Provide general administrative support to the L&D team as needed
* Perform any other duties as required by management
