About You / Qualifications
* You’ve turned services around before and understand the grit and grace required
* You bring stability and a track record of longevity in roles
* You hold (or are working towards) NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
* You’ve successfully managed medium to large care homes
* Your CQC knowledge is strong and translates into action
* You're a natural leader who can shape a positive, person-centred culture
