Tomorrow is looking for a highly creative Midweight Motion Designer with a strong foundation in design and branding to join a small but ambitious brand consultancy working with European tech companies (both B2B and B2C). This is a great opportunity to join a growing team where motion plays a vital role in elevating brand stories across digital channels.
While the role is tentative and awaiting final approval (expected in September), we are starting the recruitment process now.
The Role
Reporting to a Senior Designer transitioning into a Creative Director role, you'll be the go-to person for all things motion. You'll work on multiple projects, designing and animating digital-first brand assets such as social content, brand films, and motion-led campaigns. Proficiency in After Effects is essential; experience with Cinema 4D or Premiere Pro is a bonus. You'll also use Figma and other digital design tools for tasks like refining brand guidelines and creating social posts.
This hands-on, collaborative role involves elevating projects through creative motion design and contributing to design thinking and execution. You'll work closely with strategists, designers, and creative directors, with opportunities to learn, grow, and influence the creative process.
