We're looking for: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ideally within a school environment Understanding of strategies to support learners with Autism (ASD), Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH), or learning difficulties A patient, adaptable and positive approach, focused on encouraging independence and engagement A strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply promptly) Ready to make a meaningful difference with your Level 3 skills?
