You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure facilities run smoothly, safely and efficiently, while continuously improving the workplace experience Shape a workplace where people thrive. The role: Build strong relationships with external service providers (facilities, H&S, security, catering) Support the day-to-day running of workplace facilities and services Ensure a safe, compliant and accessible working environment Monitor service performance, budgets and identify improvements Contribute to workplace projects and space optimisation initiatives Support audits and compliance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across the organisation Assist with incident management, reporting and business continuity planning The successful candidate: Experience in facilities, health & safety, vendor or operations management Strong knowledge of NI Health & Safety legislation Experience with Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to build relationships and influence across teams and suppliers Strong organisational skills with a focus on process and service quality Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g. reporting and presentations) Why join?
