£35,000 – £45,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission | £70,000 (realistic) OTE

The Role
As a Business Development Manager within Event Sponsorship Sales, you’ll work closely with a highly collaborative research team to uncover and engage senior-level prospects across an international product portfolio. Your focus will be to lead consultative sales conversations, develop commercial partnerships, and drive revenue across a portfolio of global summits.
You’ll also have the opportunity to travel internationally to industry-leading events, meeting clients face-to-face and building long-term commercial relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading high-level B2B sponsorship sales conversations with C-suite and senior executives.
* Selling across multiple international summits and supporting long-term commercial projects.
* Collaborating with research teams to map target audiences and develop new verticals.
* Conducting market research, generating qualified leads, and making intelligent, consultative outbound calls.
* Building commercial partnerships that contribute to a more sustainable global food system.
What You’ll Need
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in high value B2B sales.
* A track record of exceeding targets and driving consistent revenue growth.
* Strong communication skills: articulate, intelligent, confident, and polished.
* A genuine interest in sustainability, technology, innovation, and shaping a more resilient world.
