The Role
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of both long-standing partners and new brands we bring on board. You will work closely with marketing, e-commerce, operations, and sales teams to drive success across multiple channels — ensuring our brands are competitive, profitable, and well-represented.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and enhance relationships with existing brands and onboard new suppliers.
* Collaborate with leading manufacturers such as DeWalt, Makita, and Milwaukee to maximise performance.
* Develop and execute strategies to expand brand presence and profitability.
* Analyse category performance, identifying best-sellers and slow-moving products.
* Optimise stock control to ensure product availability while reducing excess inventory.
* Drive sales performance by improving stock turnover and clearing aged inventory.
* Ensure accurate and optimised product listings on the website.
* Monitor brand KPIs and provide actionable performance insights.
* Work with marketing to strengthen brand visibility and market share.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Achievement of sales and profit targets for assigned brands.
* Stock turnover rate in line with company objectives.
* Accuracy and quality of website product listings.
* Growth in brand visibility and market share.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in brand management, category management, or supplier relations.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
* Confident with spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting.
* Ability to interpret sales and stock data to make informed decisions.
* Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
