A successful and expanding independent estate agency in Kingston is seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant Lettings Manager.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Registering and qualifying tenants for available properties
* Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancies
* Securing new landlord instructions and carrying out valuations
* Maintaining and developing existing landlord relationships
* Managing the lettings process from offer through to move-in
* Working to achieve and exceed individual and branch targets
* Providing excellent customer service and lettings advice
* Supporting the Lettings Manager with daily operations and team performance
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager level
* Strong business generation and instruction-winning ability
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
* High level of customer care and professionalism
* Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
* Good organisational and time management abilities
* Confident, articulate, and well-presented
* Knowledge of the Kingston area is an advantage
* Full UK driving licence and own car essential
