Overview
Domestic cleaners needed to work in residential homes in Rickmansworth (and surrounding areas) undertaking general cleaning and other domestic tasks. This is part-time up to a maximum of 16 hours a week, often carried out while the homeowner is at work.
Responsibilities
* Dusting and polishing furniture
* Cleaning windows
* Vacuuming floors
* Mopping floor tiles
* Ironing clothes
* Washing up pots and pans
* May be asked to do a one-off spring clean for a special occasion (e.g., washing down paintwork and walls, cleaning out cupboards, shampooing carpets)
Requirements
* Enjoy doing practical tasks
* Dependable and motivated
* Know-how of using household cleaning equipment and materials
* Ability to work without supervision
* Excellent cleaning standards
* Ability to work as part of a team with other cleaners, if required
* All cleaning products and materials will be provided by the client
* Payment shall be made on the day of each clean
