At Frasers Group this role is based at our Shirebrook HQ full time. The accountant will work alongside the property department and report into an accounting supervisor as part of the wider accounts teams.
Responsibilities
* Ensure completion of month-end processes within deadline.
* Maintaining global property databases
* Analysing prepayments and accruals against a budget.
* To identify potential errors and create monthly reports against accounting standards.
* Ad-hoc project analysis and reporting
* Support multiple departments across the business.
* To work with external consultants on implementation of systems and improvements
* Working as part of a team of 7 to process the monthly costs for all of our properties
Qualifications
* Minimum 1/2 years experience in a finance role dealing with balance sheet reconciliations
* Part qualified professional qualification
* Hard working and willingness to learn is essential
* Minimum intermediate excel skills and be confident with formulas
* Organised and determined to succeed.
