10. Act as an escalation point for complex or ambiguous recruitment reporting queries.
11. Support leadership forums through the preparation of materials, insights, and narratives related to recruitment performance and outlook.
12. Contribute to broader Human Resources Talent Finance & Business Management initiatives, including headcount, productivity, and strategic workforce discussions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

13. Significant experience in Human Resources, Recruitment Operations, Business Management, Chief Operating Officer, or Finance roles within a complex, matrixed organization.

17. Highly self-directed, with the independence to run initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight.
18. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

21. Experience working in a global financial services environment.
22. Familiarity with recruitment data analytics tools and platforms.
