Protocol Education is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol team. If you're confident, people-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this could be your next step.
What you'll be doing
* Build and grow your own education recruitment desk within the Bristol area
* Develop relationships with schools and decision-makers
* Source, interview and place candidates into suitable roles
* Grow a strong pipeline of educators and clients
* Work towards activity, placement and revenue targets
* Provide schools with fast, reliable and tailored recruitment support
What we're looking for
* Experience in recruitment, sales or customer-facing roles
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Target-driven and motivated by results
* Resilient, proactive and able to adapt quickly
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Interest in the education sector (experience not essential)
