* Provide leadership on Agile / ITIL processes and be a decision maker within the security team; advising those working directly with you on best practices and supporting from a 3rd Line perspective.
* Develop peers and colleagues through mentoring and leadership, providing trustworthy and honest feedback.
* Produce and support policies, functions, and configuration builds to facilitate customer project implementation.
* Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing all relevant supporting documentation.
* Ensure full awareness of safeguarding sensitive customer information to maintain customer trust in BT as a trustworthy organization.
* Experience in agile, lean, evidence-based, and human-centred design frameworks.
* Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly.
* Design user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows, and wireframes.
* Motivated team player capable of working collaboratively to build features impacting customers.
* Own production platforms and products from inception to continuous improvement.
What we'd like to see on your CV:
* FCSS / CCNP or Fortinet Network Security Certification
* Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA)
* WAF/Loadbalancer experience
* Knowledge of Dynamic Routing Protocols
* Experience in prototyping, testing solutions, and iterating continuously using lean methodologies.
* Familiarity with designing user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows, and wireframes.
