Antrim Belfast Salary up to £45,000 benefits include car allowance, healthcare, bonuses others Due to continued growth, there is now a fantastic opportunity to join a leading freight company who are seeking for a Commercial Freight Executive to join their team on a permanent basis Reporting to the Senior Management Team you will Identify and develop new business opportunities Generate leads and cold calls with prospective customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand customer needs and propose suitable freight solutions. Work with the Sales Manager and other, along with the operations/customer service teams to ensure a premier customer service experience. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records of activity and information using CRM systems. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Negotiate rates and contracts in line with company pricing structures and margin expectations. Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows where appropriate. Other adhoc duties About you 5 years in freight forwarding (preferably ocean freight (FCL/LCL). Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite & CRM Software.
