Join as our Sales Advisor and play a vital role in guiding families through one of life’s most important decisions—finding the right care. This is more than just a sales role. It’s about making a real difference. You’ll be the first point of contact for new care enquiries, providing reassurance, clarity, and expert guidance. Whether it’s Home Care, Live-in Care, or one of our Care Homes, you’ll help clients find the service that fits their needs—while driving commercial success for the business. About the Role As our Sales Advisor, you’ll lead the enquiry process from start to finish. You’ll convert incoming enquiries into assessments and sales, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of compliance. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every client’s journey is smooth, professional, and personalised. This is a fast-paced, multi-skilled role where relationship-building, attention to detail, and commercial drive go hand in hand. What You’ll Do * Handle new care enquiries promptly and professionally, following Agincare’s compliance and service standards * Convert enquiries into assessments and sales, meeting and exceeding KPIs * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM throughout the client journey * Liaise with Care Needs Assessors, Field Care Supervisors, and Coordinators to ensure smooth transitions into care * Organise and complete key documentation including risk assessments, contracts, and funding confirmations * Respond to post-sale queries related to invoicing, debt, and ongoing care delivery * Sell confidently across all Agincare services: Home Care, Live-in Care, and Care Homes * Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to refine strategies, track ROI, and boost campaign performance * Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and business partners What We’re Looking For * Proven background in sales, customer service, or care, with results to show. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong organisational and IT skills (CRM experience ideal). * Positive, adaptable, self-motivated, and great under pressure. * Full UK driving licence and access to a car (desirable).
