About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic Assistant Store Manager who is commercially driven to join our team based in Tottenham Court Road (London). You’ll bring enthusiasm for creating outstanding customer experiences, driving store performance, coaching a team and fostering a positive, high-energy atmosphere for both customers and your team.
Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with the Store Manager to deliver strong commercial results.
* Support the execution of sales strategies, optimise team performance, and ensure operational excellence.
* Use KPIs and reports to drive performance, and step up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
* Help shape an exceptional customer journey, boost sales, oversee daily operations, and develop your team to reach their full potential.
* Support the Store Manager to coach the team to exceed results.
* Lead by example, follow ECCO’s values and set a high standard of excellence.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a fast-paced retail environment.
* A proven ability to meet sales targets and drive team performance.
* Strong background in leading, developing, and motivating a team to deliver results.
* Confident in problem-solving and supporting day-to-day store operations.
* Understanding of visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
