As a Procurement Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our procurement processes. You will work closely with the Controls Accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective cost management. Additionally, you will provide support to the procurement team in controlling, reporting, planning, and analysing the cost of goods spend across various business units.

Qualifications
* Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA).
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Knowledge of Cognos-based tools desirable.
* Proven experience in procurement accounting or a related field preferable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
* Ability to influence behaviours and build rapport at all levels of the business.
* Experience in a medium/large company.
