Able to collaborate closely with BASIS on refreshes, client strategy, dual track development, and Retrofit activities. Responsibilities: Configure and support key SAP Solution Manager components, including CHARM/cCHARM, ITSM, Solution Documentation, System and Technical Monitoring, and Business Process Monitoring. Manage system landscapes through LMDB, SLD, connectivity setup, and overall configuration. Handle upgrades, FPS/SP deployments, and ongoing lifecycle maintenance while ensuring alignment with governance and audit standards. Lead end-to-end CHARM configuration, workflow design, multi-track transport processes, and continuous enhancements. Maintain and support Retrofit, resolve CHARM issues, and uphold change governance, compliance, and traceability. Configure and support SAP Cloud ALM across Change & Deployment Management, Monitoring & Observability, Business Process Management, Project/Task Management, and Test Management. Integrate Cloud ALM with S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and hybrid systems, building dashboards, KPIs, alerts, and monitoring frameworks. Support transitions from Solution Manager to Cloud ALM and advise on Cloud ALM roadmaps, adoption, and best practices. Collaborate closely with BASIS, Development, Security, PMO, and Functional teams, providing guidance on ALM processes, governance, and transport strategy. Produce high-quality documentation, user guidance, training materials, and support release planning, cutover activities, and audits. Continuously improve ALM processes, strengthen compliance and internal controls, enhance transparency and reporting, and support automation and integration initiatives.
