The Role
As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our outbound efforts. You’ll identify high-potential clients, build meaningful relationships, and open doors to new partnerships through strategic outreach. Your job is to get conversations started—and make sure they turn into qualified opportunities for our business team to close.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and qualify leads in the US tech market
* Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) at scale
* Book discovery calls with decision-makers (CTOs, founders, Heads of Talent, etc.)
* Maintain and update the CRM with accurate data and activity logs
* Collaborate with the recruitment and business teams to align outreach with market needs
* Provide feedback on messaging and lead quality to optimize campaigns
Requirements
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within recruitment or HR tech
* Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable making 50–100 cold calls per day and navigating objections
* Familiarity with the tech hiring ecosystem (roles, hiring cycles, pain points)
* Organized, proactive, and motivated by hitting targets
* Experience with sales tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus
