Are you a digital communications expert brimming with innovative ideas on how the NHS can improve its multi-media communication?
As NHS services continue to evolve post-pandemic, effective engagement with staff, patients, the public, and stakeholders across preferred channels is more important than ever.
The Senior Communications Officer (Digital) will lead projects such as revamping the intranet and public-facing website, developing engaging e-newsletters, and maximizing social media opportunities.
This role involves working closely with the wider team to optimize digital channels and opportunities, fostering strong relationships with internal and external audiences.
You should be passionate about digital communications and engagement, with skills in audio-visual tools, web content management, SEO, blogging, and analytics. Excellent communication skills to craft engaging content and measure its effectiveness are essential. Building relationships across a large organization and externally is also key.
Applications requiring current Skilled Worker sponsorship are ineligible.
The post involves managing internal and external communication channels, providing advice and support, and overseeing content management tailored to different audiences and channels.
You will contribute to the strategic direction of the Communications Department and support campaigns that promote the organization’s work, whether publicizing services or engaging staff.
