Overview
We are seeking a commercially astute
Soft Services Pricing Analyst
to join our dynamic Pricing team in London. You will be at the heart of our bid and tender processes, shaping cost models that support winning solutions across a variety of facilities management contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your analytical expertise in a business-critical function, with real visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop soft services pricing (cleaning, catering, front-of-house, security) for new bids, renewals, and rebids.
* Analyse tender documentation to extract pricing requirements, identify data gaps, and assess commercial risk.
* Build, own, and maintain financial models including P&Ls and cashflows for each bid.
* Collaborate with operational, procurement, HR, and legal teams to ensure cost accuracy and compliance.
* Use both top-down and bottom-up pricing approaches, aligned with internal benchmarks and market intelligence.
* Support the wider bid team in solution development, commercial sign-offs, and client clarifications.
* Contribute to commercial strategy and innovation across bids.
* Present pricing assumptions and risk positions to senior stakeholders.
* Ensure a smooth handover to mobilisation and delivery teams upon contract award.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a pricing, estimating, or commercial analyst role (ideally within FM or outsourced services).
* Strong understanding of soft services operations and commercial modelling.
* Excellent Excel skills – comfortable building and manipulating complex financial models.
* Solid grasp of cost drivers, TUPE, and statutory wage legislation.
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
* High attention to detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Experience working on both public and private sector bids is advantageous.
