The Store Manager leads day-to-day store operations to deliver sales, service, and brand standards. This role is accountable for commercial performance, leadership, customer experience, visual merchandising, and operational excellence, ensuring the store consistently meets targets while maintaining compliance and a positive, high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities
1. Drive sales, profitability, and KPI delivery (e.g., conversion, UPT, ATV) through effective trading, coaching, and floor leadership.
2. Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team: recruitment, onboarding, rota planning, performance management, and training.
3. Deliver an outstanding customer experience aligned to GANT standards; handle escalations and embed service routines.
