This excellent school are seeking an experienced and confident Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to take the lead in safeguarding and child protection across the school. This is a vital leadership role, and they are looking for someone with extensive DSL experience, rather than a Deputy DSL stepping into their first lead role.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have a strong track record as a Designated Safeguarding Lead
* Be confident managing complex safeguarding cases and working with external agencies
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of safeguarding legislation and best practice
* Be an excellent communicator and team leader
