Job Description
3. Investment Back Office administration - produce monthly investment reconciliations, cash flow/trade settlement monitoring, IBOR reconciliations and administration of unlisted assets.
4. Pay Control tasks including weekly pensioner immediate payments run and assist the monthly pensioner
5. Production of Financial Accounting information including the reconciliation of bank accounts, employer contributions and pension payments.
6. General activities such as production of KPI's
7. purchase/sales invoices and daily administration of staff time management system
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
8. An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
9. background in a similar role within the insurance industry.
10. Proficiency in using financial software packages.
11. A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
12. Excellent numerical skills.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
