Number of roles: 5 (2x Arun, 1x Adur, 1x Chichester, 1x Worthing)
Full Time Salary: £29,991 per annum
Hours: Dependent on role/location -
Arun – 1 x 37.5 hours per week post (maternity leave cover until 30/09/26) and 1 x 30 hours per week post
Adur – 1 x 37.5 hours per week post
Worthing – 1 x 37.5 hours per week post
Chichester – 1 x 22.5 hours per week post
Contract: 1x fixed term maternity cover contract as indicated above, the rest are Permanent roles.
Location: Littlehampton, Southwick, Worthing or Chichester - dependent on role
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year rising to 27 days after 2 years (pro-rata)

Overview
West Sussex Mind (WS Mind) provides mental health services across coastal West Sussex as part of Pathfinder. These roles work in GP surgeries and the community to form part of the Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams. We offer goal focused one-to-one and group support as well as social activities across Adur, Arun, Worthing and Chichester.
Our Work
The successful candidate will provide one-to-one and group goal-focused mental health support, in person, by phone or online. You will work alongside our wider Neighbourhood Mental Health teams to link those you support into the mental health service that they need.
The role will also include liaising with partners and professionals, including signposting service users to other organisations. Roles will either be predominately based in the community or within our GP surgeries.
About You
We are looking for individuals who:
* Have experience supporting mental health and wellbeing
* Are able to provide support via one-to-ones and groupwork
* Can build trust with people and develop goal centred support plans
* Can work confidently both independently and as part of a wider team
