Part time Medical Receptionist
15/25 hours per week
Starting Mid-May to July 2026 possibly sooner if available
Hourly rate is depending on age and experience.
We are looking for the right individual to provide extra support to our reception team for the coming months.
We want to hear from you if you:
Enjoy dealing with members of the public on the telephone and in person and therefore have excellent communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
Work with the minimum amount of supervision a busy and sometimes stressful environment.
If you are patient focused and have compassion to communicate sensitively and effectively in challenging situations.
Have excellent organisation and IT skills
Can work flexible hours, according to the needs of the practice during periods of annual leave.
Have vision, willingness, and drive, to adapt to changes in a health service environment.
Understand the need for confidentiality.
Are professional in your approach.
Will be enthusiastic, happy to work independently and thrive on working to high standards.
Have previous experience of working in a GP practice which would be preferred but not essential
