What You’ll Do As a key part of our kitchen brigade, you’ll be working across a variety of exciting events, with responsibilities including: Preparing and cooking dishes to high standards across a range of menus Maintaining quality and consistency during service ️ Supporting set-up and breakdown for functions and large-scale events Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times Assisting senior chefs with prep and plating when required Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and supporting stock control You’ll play a vital role behind the scenes, helping us create food that keeps guests coming back for more.
