This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys providing first-class client service, and wants genuine career progression in financial services. The Role * Support a team of whole-of-market Mortgage Brokers. * Manage 30–40 live mortgage applications at any time. * Liaise with clients, lenders, providers, and solicitors. * Review and process mortgage documentation in line with FCA and GDPR compliance. * Use mortgage systems such as The Key CRM (training provided). What We’re Looking For * 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Admin. * Knowledge of the full mortgage journey (AIP/DIP to completion). * Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases. * Strong communication skills and a proactive approach. * CeMAP and The Key CRM knowledge desirable but not essential.
