About this opportunity
Your mission is to oversee the clinical support and services workflows, provide customers with the best clinical education, and help them become experts on Invisalign technique to increase their clinical confidence. In this role, you will:
* Oversee a team of Clinical Specialists responsible for driving growth and building clinical confidence through education on Align’s protocols and ClinCheck software, as well as clinical troubleshooting.
* Provide supervision and mentorship to direct reports regarding performance, workflows, duties, and daily activities to meet targets.
* Plan onboarding and training for new hires within the region.
* Monitor employee productivity, provide feedback, coaching, and support personal development.
* Analyze program outcomes through reporting and propose new approaches and action plans.
* Investigate and analyze clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
* Receive assignments with clear goals, objectives, and processes.
* Demonstrate leadership and influencing skills as a 'go-to person'.
In this role, you’ll need:
* A bachelor’s degree in dentistry, dental technology, dental hygiene, or therapy.
* Typically, 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Specialist or equivalent.
* Experience in customer relations and people management/leadership preferred.
* Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills.
* Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence through public speaking.
* Strategic thinking and the ability to think outside the box.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Good analytical and numeracy skills.
* Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
* The ability to thrive in a growing international company and handle ambiguity.
* Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
