You will take the lead on our social media channels—Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok—while also ensuring our website content is engaging, accessible and up to date. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our voice and impact online. You will: Manage and grow our social media channels, including Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok Create, schedule and publish engaging content across all platforms Monitor performance and engagement, using insights to improve reach and impact Respond to comments and messages, building positive relationships with our audience Develop digital campaigns to encourage participation, donations and support Create, update and maintain website content, ensuring it is clear, accessible and user-friendly Work with colleagues across the organisation to gather content, stories and updates Ensure all digital content aligns with brand, tone of voice and organisational values You are: A confident and creative digital communicator with a passion for social media Experienced in creating engaging content that drives interaction and growth Skilled in writing for digital platforms, with strong attention to detail Organised and able to manage multiple channels and priorities effectively Comfortable using website content management systems About us With the need for mental health support at an all-time high, choice is shrinking and services are being stretched.
